Serifos is a medium-sized and round-shaped island in the western Cyclades. It boasts a breathtaking main town, overhanging on the top of a steep hill. The hill is located on top of the island’s main harbour, which has a long beach, a yacht pier, several shops, restaurants and bars. Serifos is surrounded by numerous bays with long golden sandy beaches. When the northerly Meltemi winds are not blowing too strong, it is worth visiting the island to explore and enjoy some of its delightful bays.
